WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days after your payment clearing.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or some products are out of stock, shipments may be delayed in a few days.
If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Please make sure your email address is available and remember to check the email for the notification.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS LOST IN TRANSIT?

If your tracking has not updated for 15 days, we consider the package lost, and we ask that you contact us right away so that we can help out. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered to you, but you did not receive the package; we suggest that you check with your delivery person and the post office, as well as check with any neighbors. If you have Route shipping insurance on your order and believe it to be lost, make sure to also reach out to them immediately to start a claim.

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE AN ITEM THAT IS NOT WORKING AS IT SHOULD?

Please let us know right away BEFORE you remove or uninstall the item in question. We ask that you send up-close and in-focus pictures from all angles, along with any pertinent video or DVR. It is very important that all wires are still attached that can be for the pictures. RETURN POLICY AND GUIDELINES  

RUSHFPV offers a (15) day return policy on all new unopened equipment, starting from the date the product(s) was delivered to the customer. Anything beyond (15) days of delivery will not be eligible for return. If the product(s) received have been opened, used or damaged, no return options will be offered. If the item is in brand new condition but requires to be repackaged a (15%) restocking fee will be applied. The shipping cost for any unwanted product will not be refunded by RUSHFPV (It is recommended to choose a return shipping method with tracking).In the case that the item(s) is returned and the condition is not in New and Unused or included accessories are missing, the return will not be completed and the item(s) will be returned back to the customer.

If you have a technical question about an item we sell, we will be more than happy to help out. We do not always have experience with every single item in the shop, so another great option is to ask other pilots on our Facebook Group!
